Nelumbo manufactures Generator Protective Relaying Systems/Panels.
We have delivered Generator Protection Panels up to 210MW rated Synchronous Generator.
They are mainly used safeguarding the generator from various potential faults and ensuring its reliable and efficient operation. Additionally, the systems often include advanced features like data logging and communication capabilities, enabling remote monitoring and troubleshooting.
The protection system incorporates a suite of protective devices, including but not restricted to overcurrent, earth fault, restricted earth fault, reverse power, differential, under excitation, under impedance, under/over voltage/frequency, and overspeed protections.
Transformer Protection System
Nelumbo manufactures Transformer Protective Relaying Systems/Panels. We have delivered Transformer Control & Relay Panels (CRP) up to 160MVA rated Power Transformers.
For safeguarding the transformer from various potential faults and ensuring its reliable and efficient operation. The protection system incorporates a range of protective devices, including overcurrent, earth fault, restricted earth fault differential relays, over fluxing, under/over voltage/frequency, aux relays (Buchholz, WTI, OTI etc) and temperature sensors, to monitor critical parameters and detect abnormalities.
Feeder Protection System
Nelumbo manufactures Line Feeder Protective Relaying Systems/Panels. We have delivered Line/Feeder Control & Relay Panels (CRP) up to 400kV Line Feeders.
For safeguarding the feeder lines and associated equipment from various potential faults and ensuring reliable and uninterrupted power supply to consumers. The protection system incorporates a range of protective devices, including distance, distance cum differential, directional overcurrent, directional earth fault, and reclosers, to monitor critical parameters and detect abnormalities. An adequately implemented feeder protection system can significantly enhance power system operational reliability and minimize financial losses.
